We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Certain categories (perishables, digital goods) are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Amount is credited to your original payment method.

We charge a platform commission of 10% on each successful sale. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
Vendor payouts are processed weekly directly to your registered bank account after deducting the platform commission.
